Wordpress Add Pagination to Pages the Simple and Easy way

To add the built-in Wordpress pagination to your page with a lot of content simple add this line in "Text" mode at the places where you wish to break the page into multiple pages.

 In my experience it took about 10 minutes for Wordpress to register I was using this feature and display the pagination on my page.  If you don't see the pagination immediately then wait a while.

 Tested in Wordpress 3.9.+
