Just over a year ago I purchased the 24 Gig Data Special from CellC . I paid R1499 once-off although it was available on a 12 month subscription for R149 a month. The data plan expired recently and I started looking for a cheap data bundle . My first stop...CellC. I expected the data plans to drop in price as it was over a year since I paid R1499 and the competition from Telkom, MTN and Vodacom had increased. CellC dropped the ball it seems.
